About My Practice
Professional Background:
I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York State. I obtained my Masters degree in 2005 from the Greater Rochester MSW program, a collaboration between Nazareth College and SUNY Brockport. Since then, I have worked in hospital, school, and community settings, practicing generalist and clinical social work. I have also worked as a graduate level Adjunct Professor at Nazareth College.
I am also certified as a Compassion Fatigue Professional (CCFP) offering support, consultation and training to others around compassion fatigue prevention, intervention and resiliency.
I also provide consulting and training on topics such as self-care and mindfulness, and am currently consulting with Pittsford Schools, Greece School District, and East Irondequoit School District.
Office Location:
My office is located at 2300 East Avenue, 14610, between Winton Rd and Clover Street in Brighton. Parking is available behind the building. My office is located on the first floor and there are a few waiting areas.

Availability:
I am available for appointments full days on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, offering morning and afternoon hours. Based on your need, I offer alternate days, or off-site location sessions which are subject to additional charge for mileage.
Fees:
My private pay fee (when insurance is not being billed) is $150 per 50-60 minute session. I am currently able to bill Excellus, Medicare, Aetna, Independent Health, Lifetime Benefit Solutions and POMCO. When billing insurance plans with a deductible, the insurance company determines the allowable rate for psychotherapy services that will go toward your deductible. Once the deductible is met, then patients pay the insurance company co-pay for specialists. Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts can be used to pay for my services regardless of insurance carrier. Payment is expected at time of service, and check, cash, and major credit cards are accepted.
**Patients that do not show for a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice will still be required to pay a fee.
